This is a brand new, replacement power supply with 3.5mm plug adaptor which is 100% compatible with the ZX80 and ZX81.

A modern, much more efficient power supply PSU rated at 9V, 1A, 9W, giving plenty of "head room" for additional peripherals.
The original Sinclair ZX80 / ZX81 PSU's were rated at between 0.7A to 1.2A depending on the version, but were much older, less efficient units.
