Item details
Each item for sale in the shop sections has a photograph and a title.  The price excluding shipping is also shown.
Click on the words "ex Shipping" for an estimate on the shipping cost of the item.

Click on the photo or the item title to see more detail on the item you are interested in.
You will be taken to the item details page which may also have more photographs (if available) and the "Add to cart" button. 
On some items, there may be an additional "More" tab next to the "Description" tab which shows more details which may be important for that item.

Click on the Shopping Cart button to add items to the cart which you wish to purchase.

Buying multiple items
If you add more than one item to your cart, the shipping costs will be combined to give you the best shipping rate available.  As most carriers calculate shipping charges based on both weight and size, the final shipping costs may be incorrect on occasions. 
We check this on all orders and if the rate you have been charged is higher than the actual shipping cost, we will send you a refund.

Paying for your items
Payment processing is handled by PayPal.  You can pay from your PayPal account, or if you don't have one, you can use your debit or credit card.
If you wish to pay by any other method, please email us once you have purchased your items.

Shipping Charges
Shipping and postage charges are competitive and are charged at cost, plus a very small packaging fee. They are calculated automatically when you add items to the shopping basket and accumulate to give the best combined postage rate when you check out.  You do need to select a shipping method at check out - if you forget to do this, you will not be able to pay complete your purchase.

If you are ordering from outside of the UK, we recommend using a "tracked and signed for" shipping method.  More expensive items will always be sent by a tracked and signed method.

We do check other delivery methods, particularly before sending large, heavy items - if we find a lower cost service we will (and often do) refund the difference back to you.  Email us if you have any queries or concerns over the costs.

Shipping within the UK

All items up to 2000g are sent by 2nd class post unless you request differently.

Parcels over 2000g - are sent via tracked courier, whichever is the best value at the time. if the actual post and packing cost is lower than you have paid, we will refund the difference. Please bear in mind that both tracked methods do require a signature on delivery. 

Shipping within Europe
All items up to 2 kgs are sent by the Air Mail "International Tracked & Signed" method if their value is above £5.00 UKP.  If below £5.00 UKP then a low cost, economy rate is available, but this is NOT tracked or insured against loss.

Items over 2 kgs are sent by tracked and insured courier - please bear in mind that both tracked methods do require a signature on delivery.

Shipping outside of Europe for Large / Heavy items
We cannot ship outside of Europe at the moment.  We will be reviewing this again in the future. 

Dispatch Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days.
