Warranty:

I am a hobbyist providing a service for like minded collectors and enthusiasts - I am not a business and do not set out to make a profit from any sales or services.  As such, there is not a profit margin available to offer a full unconditional guarantee on items which are likely to be over 25 years old!

If you do have any problems though, please contact me at the earliest opportunity and I will try my utmost to solve them to our mutual satisfaction.  However, although I may exchange goods, or offer refunds in some circumstances (upon their return), I cannot refund postage unless I have supplied the wrong item in error.

Refunds for goods will be given only when the authorised returns have been received and tested.

Delivery:

My aim is to ship all goods within 3 working days of order and receipt of payment.
My standard delivery service (please note that except for larger or high value items, this is not an insured or signed-for service) will usually get the goods to your doorstep within 3 - 5 days in the UK, but I can ship by other methods if your needs are more urgent.  In my experience goods usually arrive within 3 working days of order payment.

If you require an insured delivery service, please email and let me know - I'm afraid I cannot be held responsible for any loss in the post - this is totally out of my control.
However, should there ever be an issue, I will do everything in my power to help sort and trace any problems with any delivery method used.

Returns:
I make every attempt to fully restore all of my computers to a very high level and sell them as fully working unless stated otherwise. However, remember that they are often over 25 years old and a Comet or PC World guarantee is simply not possible !!

Vintage computers can be difficult to tune on modern televisions and I cannot exchange computers for this problem.
I test all of our systems on two TV systems - one old and one modern. Invariably, the output is clearer and more stable on the older TV's.

If you do have any problems, please contact me at the earliest opportunity and I will try my utmost to solve them. However, although I may exchange units, or offer refunds for the goods in certain circumstances upon their return, I cannot refund postage under any circumstances.
