Delivery:
Our aim is to ship all goods within 3 working days of order and receipt of payment, often it is actually the next working day.
Our standard delivery service (please note that this is not an insured or signed-for service) will usually get the goods to your doorstep within 3 - 5 days in the UK, but we can ship by other methods if your needs are more urgent. In our experience goods usually arrive within 3 working days of order payment.
If you require an insured delivery service, please email and let us know - I'm afraid we cannot be held responsible for losses in the post for items sent by uninsured methods.
Returns:
We make every attempt to fully restore all of our computers to a very high level and sell them as fully working unless stated otherwise. However, they are often over 25 years old !
Please remember this as in particular, they can be difficult to tune on modern televisions and we cannot exchange computers for this problem.
We test all of our systems on two TV systems - one old and one modern. Invariably, the output is clearer and more stable on the older TV's.
Please contact us with any problems and we will try our utmost to solve them. However, although we may exchange units, or offer refunds for the goods, we cannot refund postage under any circumstances.
