Rotronics Wafadrive

The Rotronics Wafadrive was launched as an alternative to the Sinclair Microdrive.  Unlike the Microdrive, it did not need the Interface 1 and it offered two built in drives and a printer interface all in one for a very reasonable price.

The wafas are very hard to come by now and are quite fragile. 
Offered in this section of the shop are original boxed commercial wafas containing business software and games.  I will also offer blank formatted cartridges whenever I am able to get hold of them.

These cartridges are new (old stock), but because of their age, they have been tested and formatted ready for use. 

Please note that due to the inherent inconsistancies between Wafadrive units, they may need to be formatted again with your particular system if they seem not to work.  The read/write heads were rarely set identically on the Wafadrive units and a wafa which could be read without problem on one could easily give problems on another.
