My aim is to ship all goods within 3 working days of order and receipt of payment.
My standard delivery service will usually get the goods to your doorstep within 3 - 5 days of posting in the UK, or 10 - 15 working days in Europe.
I can ship by other methods if your needs are more urgent - drop me an email if so and I will try and find the best rates for the service you need.
Please note that for items below 2 kgs (except for larger or high value items), my normal delivery service in the UK IS NOT an insured or signed-for service - normally the cost of such a service is far too high and my customers do not normally wish to pay the cost of this service.

Europe & Rest Of The World Deliveries
For overseas deliveries, items below 2 kgs in weight, I do recommend using the "tracked and signed" delivery service option offered at check out. I have had experience of goods just not arriving, particularly those going to Italy, Spain and Portugal. The cost is more, but if goods do get lost, we can seek full compensation.
There is an economy service service offered, as many customers have requested this, but I have to stress - I will not be able to refund you, or send a replacement item if your goods do not arrive. This is part of my terms and conditions of sale which you have to agree to during checkout.
Deliveries over 2 kgs are always sent via an insured, tracked service to almost anywhere in the world.
Should there ever be a delivery issue, I will of course do everything in my power to help sort and trace any problems with any delivery method used.
Shipping and postage charges are competitive and are charged at cost, plus a very small packaging fee.
Multiple purchases will be combined to give the best possible shipping costs. The website engine will try to calculate this, but often, because of the way both size and weight and number of units purchased can effect the cost, the price given may be too high. We always review the final package and can often get a better cost on the day.
If this is the case we will send a PayPal refund after dispatch.
I do check other delivery methods, particularly before sending large, heavy items overseas - if I find a lower cost service I will (and very often do) refund the difference to your PayPal account. Email me if you have any queries or concerns over the costs.
Don't forget to select an appropriate shipping method - you will not be able to pay and complete check out if you forget.
If you buy multiple items, the website will aggregate the shipping costs which sometimes may appear to be high - I will refund you to reflect the ACTUAL post and packing costs after I ship your items.
