Buying Items

Drop us an e-mail - we have masses of spares which we may not have put in the shop yet
Paying for your items
Our principle method of processing payment is through Paypal. If you wish to pay by any other method, please e-mail us and we will try our utmost to accomodate.
Shipping Charges
Shipping and postage charges are very competitive and are charged at cost, plus a small packaging fee. They are calculated automatically when you "check out" and pay on the basis of being packaged together (within reason!) to keep the costs as low as possible.
Don't forget to select a shipping method - you will not be able to pay and complete check out if you forget.
Shipping within the UK
All items up to 1000g are sent by 1st class postage
Parcels over 1000g are sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcels
Shipping within Europe
All items up to 2 kgs are sent by the Air Mail "Small Packets" method, this is by far the most economical option for small items - select this shipping method at Check Out.
Parcels over 2 kgs are sent by Parcel Force, only use this method for large items over 2kgs - don't forget to select the appropriate country to ship to at Check Out.
Shipping outside of Europe for Large / Heavy items
Please drop us an e-mail and I will reply with the best cost I can find for you.

If you want to use any other shipping method please e-mail us.
Dispatch
We try to dispatch all orders on the next working day, but at times this is not always possible. Orders will however be shipped within 3 working days.
if you have a particular urgent requirement, please e-mail and we will do all we can to help.
Insurance - Important
Due to the higher costs, our standard shipping methods are not insured services.
If you do require a tracked and/or insured delivery, please e-mail us and we will let you know the cost.
