Click on the Shopping Cart button to add items to the cart which you wish to purchase.

Paying for your items
The principle method of processing payment is through PayPal. If you wish to pay by any other method, please e-mail, a cheque, postal order or bank transfer are acceptable alternatives.
Cheques or postal orders must be made payable to S Gledhill.
Shipping Charges
Shipping and postage charges are competitive and are charged at cost, plus a very small packaging fee. They are calculated automatically when you add items to the shopping basket and accumulate to give the best combined postage rate when you check out.
I do check other delivery methods, particularly before sending large, heavy items overseas - if I find a lower cost service I will (and very often do) refund the difference to your PayPal account. Email me if you have any queries or concerns over the costs.
Don't forget to select an appropriate shipping method - you will not be able to pay and complete check out if you forget.
Shipping within the UK
All items up to 1000g are sent by 2nd class post unless you request differently.
Parcels over 1000g - are sent via Royal mail Standard parcels or courier, whichever is the lower cost at the time.
Shipping within Europe
All items up to 2 kgs are sent by the Air Mail "Small Packets" method, this is by far the most economical option for small items - select this shipping method at Check Out if your order is below 2 kgs.
Parcels over 2 kgs are sent by insured courier - don't forget to select the appropriate country to ship to at Check Out.
Shipping outside of Europe for Large / Heavy items
If your country is not listed in the shipping options, please drop me an e-mail and I will reply with the best cost I can find for you.
Other Shipping Methods
If you want to use any other shipping method please e-mail.
Dispatch
I try to dispatch all orders within 3 working days.
if you have a particular urgent requirement, please e-mail and I will do all I can to help.
Insurance - Important
Due to the higher costs, my standard shipping methods (except courier) are not insured services.
If you do require a tracked and/or insured delivery, please e-mail and I will let you know the cost.
